Moody's: HCP direction uncertain
Moody's Investors Service said it placed HCP, Inc.'s senior rating of Baa3 under review direction uncertain.
The action is a result of HCP's agreement to acquire substantially all of the real estate assets of privately owned HCR ManorCare, Inc. for $6.1 billion, according to the agency.
