New Issue: India's HCL Technologies sells Rs. 5 billion two-, three-year debentures at par

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 26 - HCL Technologies Ltd. said it priced Rs. 5 billion of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures in two tranches.
The company sold 7.55% due Aug. 24, 2011 at par of Rs. 1 million each for Rs. 1.7 billion.
The company sold 8.2% debentures due Aug. 24, 2012 at par of Rs. 1 million each for Rs. 3.3 billion.
HCL Technologies, based in Noida, India, is an information technology services provider.
