Moody's: HCA unaffected
Moody's Investors Service said that HCA Inc.'s announcement that it will pay a special dividend of $2 per share, or about $1 billion in aggregate, has a modest negative impact on the company's credit profile.
That said, it has no immediate impact on the ratings of the company, including the B1 corporate family and probability of default ratings, the agency said.
