HCA elects to redeem all $1.25 billion 5.875% senior notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – HCA Healthcare Inc. subsidiary HCA Inc. announced that it has elected to redeem all $1.25 billion of its 5.875% senior notes due 2023 on May 7, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payment will be made on May 9, as the redemption date is not a business day.

HCA is a Nashville-based health care services provider.
