HayFin Ruby II Luxembourg set to redeem its rated notes on Oct. 17

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 26 – HayFin Ruby II Luxembourg SCA will redeem its rated notes due 2024 on Oct. 17 at the option of its class F subordinated noteholders, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed at 100% of the principal amount outstanding plus accrued interest, except the variable funding note, which will be redeemed at 100% of the variable funding note euro total outstanding and 100% of the variable funding note sterling total outstanding plus accrued interest:

• Up to €50 million of senior secured variable funding notes;

• €81,897,000 of class A-1 senior secured floating rate notes;

• £69,979,000 of class A-2 senior secured floating rate notes;

• €26 million of class B-1 senior secured floating rate notes;

• £22,216,000 of class B-2 senior secured floating rate notes;

• €11.5 million of class C-1 senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• £9,826,000 of class C-2 senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• €10,244,000 of class D-1 senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• £8,746,000 of class D-2 senior secured deferrable floating rate notes;

• €13 million of class E-1 senior secured deferrable floating rate notes; and

• £11 million of class E-2 senior secured deferrable floating rate notes.
