Hayes Lemmerz seeks amendment to permit a new accounts receivable securitization program

New York, Oct. 27 - Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. held a lender call Wednesday regarding amending its credit facility to allow for a new accounts receivable securitization program, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company is also looking to modify some financial covenants.

Hayes Lemmerz is a Northville, Mich.-based auto parts maker.
