Hayes Lemmerz International unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 26 - Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Brian Farrell of Pioneer Euro High Yield Fund of Dublin, Ireland; Patricia Kapsch of indenture trustee U.S. Bank, NA, based in St. Paul, Minn.; and Jack Butler of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., based in Washington, D.C.

Hayes Lemmerz is a Northville, Mich., maker of automotive and commercial highway wheels. It filed for Chapter 11 on May 12. Its case number is 09-11655.
