Hayes Lemmerz seeks amendment of loan financial covenants

New York, Dec. 4 - Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. is seeking to amend its senior secured credit facility to revise financial covenants, according to a news release.

The amendment would ensure continued compliance and provide additional flexibility during the current economic downturn and industry uncertainty.

Hayes Lemmerz is a Northville, Mich.-based supplier of automotive and commercial highway wheels.
