Hawaiian Holdings to pay down credit facility with notes proceeds

Cleveland, March 17 - Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. announced it plans to repay a portion of the outstanding loans under its existing credit agreement using proceeds from its proposed offering of $75 million of convertible senior notes due 2016.
Hawaiian Airlines is a Honolulu-based airline.
