RC Aviation Management disposes of 580,000 shares of Hawaiian Holdings

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 14 - RC Aviation Management, LLC reported beneficial ownership of 1,746,725 shares, or 3.61%, of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Between Aug. 8 and Sept. 22, RC Management disposed of 580,000 shares in open market transactions and as a gift, the filing said.
Honolulu-based Hawaiian Holdings is the parent company of Hawaiian Airlines Inc.
