Haven Healthcare bankruptcy case dismissed

Pittsburgh, Aug. 11 - Haven Healthcare Management, LLC's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case has been dismissed at the request of the U.S. Trustee, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.

According to the U.S. Trustee's motion, Haven's case is administratively insolvent, and there will be nothing to reorganize.

In addition, the U.S. Trustee said there is no evidence that enough money will be generated to pay existing or future Chapter 11 administrative costs.

Haven, a Middletown, Conn.-based nursing home operator, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 20, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-32722.
