Hatteras Alternative Mutual Funds drops subadvisers, trading advisers

San Diego, April 5 - Hatteras Alternative Mutual Funds Trust announced a change in subadvisers and trading advisers to several of its funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, Sunnymeath Asset Management, Inc. and Concise Capital Management, LP no longer serve as a subadviser to the Hatteras Alpha Hedged Strategies Fund, Hatteras Long/Short Equity Fund, Hatteras Long/Short Debt Fund and Hatteras Hedged Strategies Fund.

Additionally, Paskewitz Asset Management, LLC and Quest Partners LLC no longer serve as a trading adviser to the same funds.

Raleigh, N.C.-based Hatteras Alternative Mutual Funds, LLC is the investment adviser to the funds.
