Harvest expands facility to C$1 billion, adds Citibank as lender

Madison, Wis., July 17 – Harvest Operations Corp. increased the aggregate commitment amount under its second amended and restated credit agreement dated April 22 to C$1 billion from C$940 million, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Harvest also added Citibank, NA, Canadian branch as a lender.

The company amended its credit facility on July 15.

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is the lead arranger, bookrunner and agent.

Harvest is an oil and gas company based in Calgary, Alta., and a wholly owned subsidiary of Korea National Oil Corp.
