Harvest Natural secures $75 million through at-the-market equity sale

Deal negotiated with Knight Capital America to fund debt repayment

Knoxville, Tenn., March 30 - Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. said it negotiated a $75 million at-the-market equity offering with Knight Capital America, LP.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and debt repayment.

Harvest Natural Resources is a Houston independent oil and gas exploration and development company.
