Des Moines, Sept. 26 - Harvest Gold Corp. settled the third and final tranche of a private placement for total proceeds of C$1,213,915.
In the most recent tranche, the company sold 142,000 flow-through shares for C$0.18 each and 888,333 non flow-through units of one share and one half-share warrant for C$0.15 per unit. Proceeds from the third tranche were C$158,810.
Each full warrant is exercisable at C$0.20 for one year.
In the first tranche, settled on July 17, the company sold 1,047,777 flow-through shares and 3,693,500 units for C$742,625. It raised C$312,480 in the second tranche, settled on Aug. 18, with the sale of 186,000 flow-through shares and 1,860,000 units.
The units in the earlier tranches carried the same terms described above.
The placement was non-brokered.
Proceeds from will be used for exploration on the company's Rice Lake Gold Belt properties in Manitoba, for development on its Nevada property portfolio and for general working capital.
Harvest Gold is a Vancouver, B.C.-based gold mining company.
