Harvest Operations $200 million seven-year notes price talk 7 7/8%-8 1/8%

St. Louis, Oct. 6 - Price talk on Harvest Operations Corp.'s (Harvest Energy Trust) $200 million offering of seven-year senior notes (B3/B-) emerged Wednesday at 7 7/8% to 8 1/8%, according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected late Thursday or early Friday.

Morgan Stanley is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A offering.

The notes are non-callable for four years.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company's bridge facility in full and to partially repay its revolver.

Calgary, Alta.-based Harvest Energy Trust is an energy royalty trust that acquires and manages oil and gas properties.
