Two Hartford funds to get Wellington as subadviser on March 5

San Diego, Feb. 6 - Hartford HLS Series Fund II, Inc. and Hartford Series Fund, Inc. announced that the class IA shares of the Hartford U.S. Government Securities HLS Fund and the Hartford Total Return Bond HLS Fund will make a change to the investment subadviser for the funds.

Effective March 5, Wellington Management Co., LLP will replace Hartford Investment Management Co. as the funds' subadviser, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investment adviser to the funds is Simsbury, Conn.-based HL Investment Advisors, LLC.
