Two Hartford funds select Wellington Management as new subadviser

San Diego, Nov. 23 - The board of directors of the Hartford HLS Series Fund II, Inc. approved a change of subadvisers for the Hartford Total Return Bond HLS Fund and the Hartford U.S. Government Securities HLS Fund to Wellington Management Co., LLP from Hartford Investment Management Co.

The subadviser change is expected to occur the first quarter of 2012.

The funds' adviser is Weatogue, Conn.-based HL Investment Advisors LLC.
