Moody's affirms Harron

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B2 corporate family rating and B3 probability of default rating for Harron Communications, LP.

Moody's said the affirmations are in light of expectations for the company to raise $225 million of senior unsecured bonds. The agency expects the company to use proceeds primarily to fund the redemption of the remaining 25% equity interest of BV Investment Partners and repay a portion of its outstanding term loans.
