Harris to price CDs linked to Dow Jones - UBS Commodity subindexes

Tacoma, Wash., April 8 - Harris NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due April 30, 2016 linked to a basket of Dow Jones - UBS Excess Return Commodity subindexes, according to a term sheet.

The basket includes equal weights of the Dow Jones - UBS Grains Subindex Excess Return, Dow Jones - UBS Petroleum Subindex Excess Return, Dow Jones - UBS Softs Subindex Excess Return, Dow Jones - UBS Livestock Subindex Excess Return, Dow Jones - UBS Precious Metals Subindex Excess Return and Dow Jones - UBS Industrial Metals Subindex Excess Return.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.

When calculating the basket return, the return of each subindex will be capped at 80%.

The CDs are expected to price April 27 and settle April 30.
