Harris intends to issue 10-year senior notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., May 23 – Harris Corp. plans to price senior notes due 2028, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The notes feature a make-whole call until three months prior to maturity and then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem in full of all of the company’s $400 million of 4.4% notes due December 2020 and $400 million of 5.55% notes due October 2021.

The communications and information company is based in Melbourne, Fla.
