Moody's: Harris unaffected
Moody's Investors Service said that Harris Corp.'s Baa1 long-term rating is unaffected by the plan to acquire Schlumberger's satellite communications unit.
The agency said it expects credit metrics will remain solid for the rating, including debt-to-EBITDA comfortably below 2x.
