Harman International Industries gets $550 million credit facility

New York, Dec. 2 - Harman International Industries Inc. closed on a new $550 million five-year revolving credit facility, according to a news release.

During syndication, the revolver was upsized from $350 million as a result of strong demand.

Proceeds were used to replace a $232 million revolver that was set to mature at the end of 2011.

Harman is a Stamford, Conn.-based designer, manufacturer and marketer of audio and infotainment solutions for the automotive, consumer and professional markets.
