New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.05 million enhanced trigger jump securities on four stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.05 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Oct. 24, 2024 linked to the stock performance of Amazon.com, Inc., Apple Inc., Alphabet Inc. and Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each stock’s final level is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 54% of initial level, the payout at maturity will par plus 16%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from its initial level.
