New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.68 million contingent income autocalls on Amazon

Olympia, Wash., July 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.68 million of contingent income autocallable securities due July 7, 2023 linked to Amazon.com, Inc. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8.65% if the stock closes at or above the 70% coupon barrier on the determination date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly determination date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its downside threshold, 70% of initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposure to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
