Harbor Emerging Markets fund makes portfolio management swap

San Diego, Dec. 18 - Harbor Fixed Income Funds announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has made a change to the portfolio management team for the Harbor Emerging Markets Debt Fund.

Effective Tuesday, Angus Halkett and William Perry have joined the fund's portfolio management team. The team also includes existing managers Peter J. Wilby, Pablo Cisilino, James E. Craige and David A. Oliver.

Thomas K. Flanagan and Christopher M. Wilder no longer act as portfolio managers to the fund.

Chicago-based Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. is the fund's investment adviser.
