Hapag-Lloyd issues call for €170 million of 6¾% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 31 – Hapag-Lloyd AG issued a redemption notice for a €170 million portion of its 6¾% senior notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 11 at 103.375 plus accrued interest of €318,750, plus any additional amount, according to the company call notice.

The redemption is subject to the company’s successful draw down under its existing receivable sales program in a minimum amount of $152 million.

The record date will be the business day immediately before the redemption date.

The paying agent is Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch.

The issuer is a Hamburg, Germany-based container ship company.
