Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 6 - Hao Tian Resources Group Ltd. said it agreed to issue up to $40 million of notes due 2013.
Total proceeds will be used to invest in natural gas and for general working capital, a company news release said.
On the first completion date, a note in the principal amount of $16 million will be issued.
Hao Tian is a Chinese mining company.
