Hanover Compressor to draw from facility for note redemption

New York, March 24 - Hanover Compressor Co. announced it will use borrowings under its bank credit facility and the partial proceeds of a note offering to redeem its zero-coupon subordinated notes due March 31, 2007.

The Houston-based provider of service, fabrication and equipment for oil and natural gas production, processing and transportation applications plans to offer $150 million of senior notes due 2013.
