S&P puts Hanley Wood on watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed Hanley Wood LLC's B corporate credit rating on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"The CreditWatch listing is based on the company's rising debt leverage and our concern that operating performance and liquidity will be undermined in the near-to-intermediate term by persisting weakness in the residential housing market," S&P analyst Jeanne Mathewson said in a statement.
