New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3 million Accelerated Return Equity Securities on index, ETF

Olympia, Wash., April 10 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3 million of 0% Accelerated Return Equity Securities due April 13, 2020 linked to the Hang Seng index and the iShares China Large-Cap ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the lesser performing asset is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the return of the lesser performing asset, capped at par plus 30%.

If either asset finishes below its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing asset from its initial level.
