New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.9 million accelerated barrier notes on five Asian indexes

Morgantown, W.Va., April 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.9 million of 0% accelerated barrier notes due April 15, 2022 linked to a basket of five indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Hang Seng index with a 20% weight, the Korea Stock Price Index 200 with a 20% weight, the Hang Seng China Enterprises index with a 35% weight, the MSCI Singapore Free index with a 10% weight and the MSCI Taiwan index with a 15% weight.

If the final basket level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the basket gain, capped at 85%.

If the final basket level is less than the initial level but greater than or equal to the 65% knock-in level, the payout will be par.

If the final basket level is less than the knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to the basket’s decline.
