Credit Suisse to price buffered notes on Hang Seng China Enterprises

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% buffered notes due Aug. 28, 2019 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 17.1%.

If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are placement agents.

The Cusip number is 22551L3V0.

The notes will price on Aug. 10 and settle on Aug. 15.
