Barclays plans Super Track notes linked to Hang Seng China Enterprises

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 3 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Super Track notes due Nov. 29, 2012 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any increase in the index, subject to a maximum return of at least 43% that will be set at pricing. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the index.

The notes (Cusip 06740PE28) are expected to price Nov. 24 and settle Nov. 30.
