Hammerson issues call to redeem £500 million of 2.75% bonds due 2019

Chicago, July 24 – Hammerson plc said it exercised the call option for its £500 million of 2.75% bonds due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 30 with the redemption price to be calculated on the record date of Aug. 24, according to a notice.

Hammerson is a real estate investment trust based in London.
