Moody's: Hammerson notes Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Baa2 long-term rating to the proposed issuance of €500 million senior unsecured notes due 2019 by Hammerson plc.

Hammerson's Baa2 long-term issuer and senior unsecured notes ratings remain unchanged with a stable outlook.

Moody's said the provisional Baa2 rating is at the same level as Hammerson's long-term issuer rating, reflecting their senior unsecured status. The new bonds will rank pari passu with the company's other senior unsecured debt.
