Hammerson gives indicative results of tender offers for two series

Chicago, June 1 – Hammerson plc announced the indicative results of its tender offers for two series of bonds due 2022 and 2023, according to a notice.

The company was offering to purchase any and all of the 2% bonds due July 1, 2022 (ISIN: XS1081656180) and any and all of the €500 million 1.75% notes due March 15, 2023 (ISIN: XS1379158550).

The company received tenders for, and plans to accept for purchase, €310,315,000 of the 2022 notes and €264,493,000 of the 2023 notes.

The company notes that this is a non-binding indication of the level at which it expects to set the series final acceptance amount.

The tender offer for the 2023 notes started as a capped tender offer but was converted later to an any-and-all offer.

Pricing was planned for 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday.

Settlement is scheduled for June 3.
