Fitch rates Hammerson bond BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Hammerson Ireland Finance DAC's planned €500 million sustainability-linked guaranteed bond a BBB+ senior unsecured rating.

The bond is guaranteed by Hammerson plc, rated BBB+ with a negative outlook.
