Kazakhstan's Halyk Bank talks dollar-denominated notes due 2021 at mid-swaps plus 415-430 bps

Atlanta, Jan. 19 - Kazakhstan's JSC Halyk Bank set price talk for its planned issue of dollar-denominated benchmark notes due 2021 (expected ratings: Ba3/B+/B+) at mid-swaps plus 415 basis points to 430 bps, a market source said Wednesday.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Halyk Finance are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which was marketed on a roadshow from Jan. 12 to Jan. 18.

Halyk Bank is a lender based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
