Halliburton to redeem $600.06 million 3.5% notes due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 26 – Halliburton Co. will redeem all $600,061,000 of its 3.5% senior notes due 2023, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed Sept. 25 at a make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 15 basis points. Accrued interest to the redemption date, if any, will also be paid.

Halliburton is a Houston-based diversified energy services company.
