Halliburton to redeem $600 million 3.8% notes due 2025 on Feb. 23

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 24 – Halliburton Co. will redeem $600 million of its approximately $1 billion outstanding 3.8% notes due 2025 on Feb. 23, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be calculated with a make-whole premium based on Treasuries plus 25 basis points. Accrued interest to the redemption date will also be paid.

The company will fund the redemption with cash on hand.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA is the trustee.

Halliburton is a Houston-based diversified energy services company.
