New York, Feb. 27 - Hallador Petroleum Co. said it settled a $7 million private placement.
The company issued 3,181,816 shares at $2.20 each to a group of investors led by Yorktown Energy Partners VI LP.
Yorktown bought $6 million of the offering.
Based in Denver, Hallador is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
