Halcyon Structured Asset Management to redeem five series of notes

Norfolk, Va., April 23 - Halcyon Structured Asset Management Long Secured/Short Unsecured 2007-2 Ltd. and Halcyon Structured Asset Management Long Secured/Short Unsecured 2007-2 Corp. called five series of their secured notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on April 29. The following amounts include the outstanding amount and accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $217,497,066.82 of class A-1a notes;

• $22,787,315.69 of class A-1b notes;

• $30,062,707.50 of class A-2 notes;

• $28,365,549.56 of class B notes; and

• $24,239,166 of class C notes.

Holders of a majority of Halcyon's subordinated notes have directed the issuer to redeem the secured notes.

Holders of at least 66 2⁄3% of the total outstanding amount of Halcyon's subordinated notes have not yet directed the issuer to redeem their notes.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
