New Issue: Haitong International issues RMB 3.5 billion 3.3% guaranteed notes due 2027

Chicago, March 5 – Haitong International Securities Group Ltd. issued RMB 3.5 billion of 3.3% guaranteed notes due 2027 (BBB), according to an offering document.

The notes priced at par.

Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Haitong Bank, Macau Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd.,, Singapore Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau), Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), Ltd., Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong, Branch, HSBC, Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, China Construction Bank (Asia) Corp. Ltd., China Citic Bank International Ltd. and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch were the joint global coordinators.

The were joined as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners by Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., CMBC Securities Co. Ltd., CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Hua Xia Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Nanyang Commercial Bank, Ltd., China PA Securities (Hong Kong) Co. Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and to replenish working capital.

The notes are guaranteed by Haitong Securities Co., Ltd.

The warehousing logistics company is based in Shanghai.
