Haitong International renews $5 billion medium-term note program

Buffalo, N.Y., June 28 – Haitong International Securities Group Ltd. relisted its $5 billion one-year medium-term note program (BBB), according to a listing notice with an appended offering circular on Wednesday.

As with the program it supersedes, Haitong International Securities Co., Ltd. is the program arranger, also serving as a dealer with HSBC Ltd.

HSBC is also acting as fiscal agent, CMU lodging agent, paying agent, transfer agent and registrar.

Linklaters and Conyers Dill & Pearman will advise the issuer for program drawdowns, with Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP serving as counsel to the arranger and dealers.

The Regulation S program is listed on the Hong Kong Exchange with an effective date of June 27.

The warehousing logistics company is based in Shanghai.
