Haitong International plans dollar-denominated bond offering

Los Angeles, May 11 – Haitong International Securities Group Ltd. is proposing to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated bonds (BBB), according to a company announcement.

The Regulation S bonds will only be offered outside the United States in offshore transactions, and none of the bonds will be offered to the public in Hong Kong.

Proceeds will be used mainly for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

The financial services company is based in Hong Kong.
