New Issue: China’s Guotai Junan sells $200 million 4¼% notes due 2022

New York, Jan. 14 – Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. has priced US$200 million 4¼% notes due 2022 under its HK$15 billion medium-term note program, according to a company news release.

Guotai Junan Securities, ICBC (Asia), Bosc International, OCBC Bank, China Citic Bank International, HSBC and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch were joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners of the Regulation S deal.

The notes will be listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange on Tuesday.

Guotai Junan is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
