New Issue: China’s Guotai Junan prices $50 million add-on to 2.8% notes due 2018

Morgantown, W.Va., March 26 – Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. priced $50 million of additional 2.8% notes due November 2018 to be consolidated and form a single series with the $400 million of existing 2.8% notes due 2018, according to a notice.

The company issued an initial $300 million of one-year notes on Nov. 9 and another $100 million on Nov. 16.

The 2.8% notes were issued under the company’s HK$15 billion medium-term note program.

Listing of the latest Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to become effective Tuesday.

Guotai Junan is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
