Singapore's GuocoLeisure rolls out S$300 million multicurrency MTNs

Madison, Wis., June 1 - GuocoLeisure Ltd. said it launched its S$300 million multicurrency medium-term note program on Friday.

CIMB Bank Bhd. is the arranger of the program. CIMB and HL Bank will act as dealers.

The company's board of directors approved the proposed program on May 14.

As previously announced, GuocoLeisure will issue notes under the program from time to time in Singapore dollars or any other currency.

Proceeds will be used for working capital, capital expenditure and corporate requirements.

GuocoLeisure is a Singapore-based investment company and is a member of the Kuala Lumpur-based Hong Leong Group.
