Singapore's GuocoLeisure gets OK for S$300 million multicurrency MTNs

Madison, Wis., May 14 - GuocoLeisure Ltd. said its board of directors has approved a S$300 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

CIMB Bank Bhd. is the arranger of the program. CIMB and HL Bank will act as dealers.

Under the program, GuocoLeisure will issue notes from time to time in Singapore dollars or any other currency.

Proceeds will be used for working capital, capital expenditure and corporate requirements.

GuocoLeisure is a Singapore-based investment company.
